Product Description

All of our products incorporate a latex-free, solid gel. They have a durable neoprene nylon surface, which may be cleaned with any detergent, and offer a surface which is highly efficient at distributing pressure, thereby protecting bony prominences and reducing shear, abrasions and other harmful pressure-related problems.

Additionally they offer the ultimate in comfort, making them the "best of show" in interface products.

	Gel Ovations arm pads come in a variety of sizes (see chart) and have T-nut spacing to allow easy installation on most popular arm rests without the need for costly and time-consuming modifications.These pads are designed to offer the ultimate in comfort and protection to elbows and wrists and can aid in healing existing sores and/or abrasions.

	A key feature of Gel Ovations protective pads is the equal distribution of pressure across the entire surface of the pad which comes in contact with the patient. This makes gel an ideal interface for areas such as the head and the lateral supports: areas which, in patients with high tone or with significant positioning issues, can be of major concern

	Stick-On Pads
	Arms, legs, and knees don't come in contact only with parts of the wheelchair. Desk tops, vehicle surfaces, tables, and standing frames all provide an opportunity for skin abrasion and pressure sores. Stick-on pads, while offering all of the comfort and safety of all of our gel products, also provide the convenience of being easily applied to any flat surface, whenever and wherever needed.
